TestimonialAvocet Cleaning Services have been employed as the on-site cleaning company at Eastbrook since 2004 and following a review of other companies, were awarded a new 5 year contract in 2008. Due to the nature of occupation of Eastbrook (i.e. Government staff), certain Service Level Agreements are in place; these indicate the minimun standards and responses acceptable to the occupiers, the Landlord and to Honeywell (the contract holders) and it is to credit of Avocet staff that these criteria are not only met but exceeded. Our staffing requirements are 4 daily cleaners with an additional 12 staff working between 5pm and 7pm and these numbers are always made available. The company is owned by Paul Currington, a very approachable man, whose stock answer to a request or question is usually “yes” and ethos he tries to instill in his staff, Avocet is very much a can do and willing to do company.
