TestimonialAvocet Cleaning Services Ltd have carried out cleaning duties at a number of Defra offices across East Anglia for a number of years and I have personally been involved with Avocet during this period. The Interserve/Defra Contract has been running for 1 year and was a continuation of previous FM Contracts for Defra. Avocet have continued to give good service to the Defra client through these changes and were asked specifically to be used on one contract as the former incumbent could not deliver the standard of service that was required and expected. At present the Avocet Contract covers a number of Defra properties and they continue to give a good standard of service. The cleaning industry is always a problematical one but, Avocet always listen and take quick action if there are any issues.
